The origins of this artifact are unknown, although due to its effects, it can be assumed it may have been used in a hospital quite often, and possibly in emergencies where the patient was needed to be loaded onto the gurney quickly.

When one using the gurney concentrates on another, that person will be levitated onto the gurney.

This gurney was collected by presumedly deceased ex-Agent Oto Barry in 2003 after stealing it from the hospital it was being used at, pushing off the patient using it before sneaking out with the aid of ((?)).
