OriginEdit

Leonid Petrovich Telyatnikov (1951 - 2004) was head of the fire department and the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant and led the team of firefighters to the fire at reactor number four which became the Chernobyl disaster. Even thought there were radiological dangers Telyatnikov and his men knew they didn't have time to really dress and charged in to prevent Reactor Unit three from going up as well. One article Telyatnikov was able to snag on his way out were his gloves, of course without everything else he still received radiation poisoning but not life threatening at the time. In 1987 Telyatnikov and two of the men under him were named Heroes of the Soviet Union however the other two men had died of radiation poisoning so it was given to them posthumously.

EffectsEdit

Protects against most forms of radiation, oddly enough when worn and the user sneezes fire comes out like a dragon.
