OriginEdit

Lady Saigō was the first consort and trusted confidante of Tokugawa Ieyasu, the samurai lord who unified Japan at the end of the sixteenth century and then ruled as Shogun. Regarded as the power behind the throne, Lady Saigō influenced Ieyasu's philosophies, choice of allies, and policies as he rose to power. She used her control over Ieyasu to fund charitable acts, such as donating money to Buddhist temples and visually impaired women, as she was near-sighted.

EffectsEdit

The user can seduce men into obeying the user’s commands. Although they still retain their own opinions, the user can easily sway them their way. The user will develop mild near-sightedness with constant use.
