Origins[]
The Tower of London is a castle that has been used in the past as a prison for political enemies of the ruling class/royalty of England.
Effects[]
When shaken towards a person, a cage will materialize around said person. The cage can only be opened with one of the keys from the outside. The cages can also shrink at the imprisoner’s demand, which can cause great discomfort and pain to the entrapped.
Trivia[]
During Spring Cleaning, it accidentally got mixed up with Benjamin Franklin's Keys, firing off cages of electricity, trapping nearby artifacts and boosting their powers. The artifacts were neutralized by using Buckminster Fuller’s Geodesic Dome Model and the 1977 NYC Blackout DJ Mixer.
The mixer sets off blasts of energy that disables all nearby electrical output, but would also cause widespread looting in Univille if activated. To counteract it, the model was used to encase the mixer’s energy, until it grew powerful enough to burst the bubble of energy containing it, neutralizing all the artifacts.
