An ancient Egyptian Soul artifact.

Origin

According to the Ancient Egyptians, the human soul was composed of a multitude of parts. The Ka is the part of the soul that keeps it's owner alive, the "spark of life." Without it, the person is dead.

Effects

When the user dies, the artifact activates automatically, reactivating the spark of life within the person and simultaneously healing the body. If the person died of a gunshot, the bullet would be pushed out as the wound healed. Poison would dissolve, as would venom as the blood returned to a fully liquid state.

Collection

Collected by Aden Taylor while hunting for another artifact that had brought someone back to life. He made contact with the accompanying Ba artifact and accidentally activated it, revealing his almost completely pure soul. He promptly purchased and bagged the whole set.

Notes

  • Agent Taylor believes the artifact had a hand in animating Adam Frankenstein (aka Frankenstein's monster) with assistance from a lightning bolt.
  • The man who bought the Statue eventually Ascended into the Ascendere's ranks as the Page of Heart with intense power over Souls and emotion.
