OriginEdit

Fans of the 1995 Movie often hoped that when they played with their own copies of the board game that the amazing adventure was real. A special edition version of the board game, made to look identical to the one in the film, went on tour with viewings of the movie to be set up in the main area of the theaters. So many people touched the outside of the box imbuing it with the wishes that it was real. Direct information about the game is: "Jumanji: a game for those who wish to find, a way to leave their world behind. You roll the dice to move your token, doubles get you another turn, and the first on to reach the end wins. Adventurers beware: do not start until you intend to finish. The exciting consequences of the game will vanish only when a player has reached Jumanji and called out its name."

EffectsEdit

Just like in the movie when the dice is rolled a cryptic message describing the roll's outcome appears in the crystal ball at the center of the board. The only way to neutralize the game is to finish it, the neutralizing goo has no effect.
