Origins[]
José Delgado (1915-2011) was a Spanish physiology who studied mind control through electrical stimulation of specific regions in the brain. He is perhaps most famous for experiment with a bull, during which he placed a stimoceiver into the bull's brain. Getting into the ring with the bull, it proceeded to charge towards him. However, pressing a button on a remote control transmitter, Delgado was able to stop the bull from charging. The video can still be viewed today, seen here.
Effects[]
Using the Transmitter removes a bull's rage, stopping it from charging. However, the user absorbs the bull's rage, which can last for up to four hours.
Collection[]
Arthur Neilson and Megan Wilcoxson collected this artifact from central Spain in June 2015 after reports of a man who stopped a raging bull from attacking a civilian were pinged by the Warehouse. After arriving in Spain, the pair quickly tracked down the man, who was still recovering from his actions during the downside (he apparently had a strong disagreement with a brick wall, or at least that's what it sounded like).
