OriginsEdit

John Wesley Powell was a scientist and explorer of the American west. He was first a Union soldier during the Civil War, losing most of his right arm from a bullet, while the remaining nerves causing pain for the rest of his life. He led an expedition that explored the Colorado and Green Rivers and became of the first Americans to find a passage to the Grand Canyon.

EffectsEdit

The canteen lets the drinker muse more thoroughly, going applying stronger levels of logic and reasoning than before. Many concerns and distractions that would have annoyed them in the recent past will fade away, giving the user a concentration use. This artifact has been compared by agents to something Sherlock Holmes or MacGyver wouldn’t mind owning. However, increased use will coincide with decreased responsiveness of the user's nerves, usually concentrated around one point on the body.
