A person can hear conversations and noises from far away, as long as one holds up the plug up and points it in a direction. What stops the headphones from picking every single noise up is that it is somehow connected to the concentration of the user, and if they focus hard enough, they can even hear thoughts. |

Downsides |
After long use of the headphones one start to get cauliflower ear if they only use it to listen in on conversations, and if they use it to read a persons mind they can get Tinnitus which can become permanent if they do not stop using the artifact. |

Mr. Stall found this artifact after taking Pete, Myka, Artie and Leena to a storage locker auction to prove he wasn't a threat by finding a few artifacts for them. He showed them how the artifact worked, and they took it back to the warehouse.
