OriginEdit

Son of Henry II of England and Eleanor of Aquitaine, John was crowned monarch in 1199, ruling until his death in 1216. His reign saw authoritative strife between himself and the lower royalty over the governmental control they each possessed. These disputes resulted in the ratification of the Magna Carta, limiting the power high royalty had over others. Including clauses to limit the power of rulers, its passage was a major milestone in the creation of English laws and following nations constitutions. John disliked the document as it closely coincided with heavy territorial losses to the French, excommunication by Pope Innocent III and a brewing discontent at home.

EffectsEdit

When active it can control people and objects that have touched the throne or objects that have touched the throne beforehand. They can control the movement of people and objects but are unable to alter their structural makeup. The user can either move them around similar to telekinesis or request them to do the user’s bidding autonomously, imbuing them with compliant obedience. The user will constantly come into conflict with those not affected by the throne, spurring intense discord and repulsion between the two parties.
