Origins[]
Johann Tetzel was a Roman Catholic Dominican friar and preacher. In addition, he was a Grand Inquisitor of Heresy to Poland, and later became the Grand Commissioner for indulgences in Germany. Tetzel was reputedly known for selling indulgences in exchange for money, which allow a remission of temporal punishment due to sin, the guilt of which has been forgiven, a position heavily challenged by Martin Luther.
Effects[]
When someone looks at it, they see whatever the user wants to. It can say anything, from the ID of a worker to the credentials of a politician. Artie keeps it in his office for when he thinks he’ll need it for fieldwork.
