Origins[]
The harness was of Eskimo origin and had been imbued with the sense of flying they often felt when riding in their sleighs after the traditional consumption of mushrooms. It mysteriously was obtained by Saint Nicolas, who placed it on the mule he rode as he dispensed bags of coins among the townspeople at night.
Effects[]
The harness can grant whatever it’s strapped to and anything attached (animal or vehicle) the ability to fly, granted the person wishes to perform charitable acts. The bells themselves produce holiday tunes, but can only be heard by those who truly appreciate Christmas.
