Origin[]

James Marshall "Jimi" Hendrix, born Johnny Allen Hendrix, November 27, 1942 – September 18, 1970, was an American musician, singer, and songwriter. Despite a brief mainstream career spanning four years, he is widely regarded as one of the most influential electric guitarists in the history of popular music, and one of the most celebrated musicians of the 20th century. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame describes him as "arguably the greatest instrumentalist in the history of rock music."

He is widely known for his use of illicit substances such as drugs and alcohol which may have contibuted to his early death.

Effects[]

The smoke from the bong has the ability to warp and distort space and dimentions over a small localized area. This effect is subject to the whim of the user, though the natural effects of cannabis can cause serious impairments in judgement, making this artifact a dangerous one to use.

The central downside to the use of the artifact is that it causes a strong dependency on mind-altering drugs such as LSD and cannabis. The more the artifact is used, the stronger the need. Failure to keep up with the addiction can cause coma-like symptoms and even death. Additionally the artifact must be reused at least every month to calm the body of the affected.

Due to the varying nature of the potential effects, many different side-effects can occur. The only living and recorded example is that of agent Felix Draco. His report is sketchy due to drug-induced memory loss during use, but he has stated that at some point during the haze he believed himself to be a cat and his body altered itself to fit that belief. However a unique side effect manifested in that the change never truly reverted. His DNA is a hybrid of cat and human, and failure to maintain his bodies' drug levels can cause him to revert into a bestial half-human form. If his drug level drops too low, his molecular structure begins to determinate and, though it has never happened, it is suspected complete disintegration would occur.

For security reasons, the exact location of the artifact is classified even to the agents and it was given to Agent Draco to protect as he saw fit.
