Listener Jennifer Strang entered the "Hold your Wee for a Wii" contest hosted by radio station KDND, which stipulated drinking lots of water without using the restroom. Unfortunately, she died from water intoxication, which is caused when vast amounts of liquids are taken into the body and results in a fatal electrolyte imbalance in the brain. Although contestants and listeners repeatedly mentioned the inherent danger of the contest, the disc jockeys ignored pleas even though they knew serious injury was likely.

The water bottles magically fill themselves with water every time someone comes near them. The water bottles then give the user a desire to drink out of the bottles, resulting in death by water intoxication.
