Origin[edit | edit source]

Jeffery Dahmer, also known as the Milwaukee Cannibal, wasa serial killer, cannabil, rapist and pyschopath that was active between 1978 til his death in prison in 1994, though due to his mutitude of crimes it is impossible to be certin when his deviancy began. It is known that he had a rough childhood, and had been known to kill and dismember pets and other small animals. By the time he was imprisoned, he had 17 victims to his name and potentially more that were never confirmed.

Effects[edit | edit source]

Owned by Dahmer when he was a boy, these pick-up sticks were around to see his start into darkness. When near a child, they will give off an aura that compells the youngster to pick up and play with them. The only children this has affected were 10 and 11 at the time, and due to refusal of testing for moral reasons it is unknown how old the artifact will consider 'too old'. Chldren exposed to the artifact will develop severe mental problems, ranging from bipolar disorders, psycopahic tendancies, anger issues and schitzophrenia. These issues will last their wholes lives, and though they can be managed if caught early on, letting them develop is a sure-fire way to ensure a disfunctional and most probably criminal adulthood.

Adults who interact with the sticks become targets for those with psychopathic tendancies, and often end up dead one way or another. Agents have nother that the box containing the sticks sometimes rattles when approached, and a rotting smell can be detected nearby.
