Origin
Jeannette Ridlon Piccard (January 5, 1895 – May 17, 1981) was an American high-altitude balloonist, and in later life an Episcopal priest. She held the women's altitude record for nearly three decades, and according to several contemporaneous accounts was regarded as the first woman in space.
Effects
The sandbags acts inversely to it's intended use and holding it will cause a person to float into the air. The altitude depends on how much rope is between the holder and the sandbag, one inch is equal to five meters up. Dropping the sandbag will cause the effects to immediately stop, and it can be tied to and used by any object.
Collection
It was collected in 2007 by Agent M. Jacobys in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
