OriginEdit

James Condliff was the premier maker of skeleton clocks in Liverpool. A tinker by trade, his business sold all manner of clocks and regulators, but he became well known for his intricate and delicately made skeleton clocks, clocks with no casing so their 'skeletons' were visible.

EffectsEdit

When touched, the users temporal 'cover' is removed, allowing them and others to see their 'time'. In brief, people can know at a glance their exact age, their current biological clock and their circadian rhythm.
