OriginEdit

James Patrick Bulger (1990 - 1993) was a boy from Kirkby, Mereyside, England who was murdered at the age of two by two ten-year-old boys. While at the New Strand Shopping Centre in Bootle the two boys approached Bulger and led him off behind the shopping area to an abandoned railroad track where they proceeded to torture then murder the boy. Bulger's mutilated body was discovered two days later. The boys that killed him were convicted for the murder becoming the youngest convicted murderers in modern English history.

EffectsEdit

When held it fills the user with immense feelings of loss and sadness felt at the loss of such a young child.

CollectionEdit

The sweater is stained with blood and blue paint, the later was used to blind Bulger during the torture. Instead of being hung up it is carefully and lovingly folded on a shelf.
