Origin[]
Francois Henri "Jack" LaLanne was an American motivational speaker, motivational coach and fitness advocate that was active most between 1953 and 1985. His fitness show, "The Jack LaLanne Show", preached that physical culture and nutrition was the salvation of America. He has recieved a lifetime achievement award and is considered by many to be the Godfather of Fitness.
Effects[]
When used, the machine stores the energy output. This energy is disproportionate to the actual effort put into cycling, and is sufficient to power a small building. Once used, the artifact enters a standby mode and the next person who uses it will have all of the stored energy pumped back into them. This energy allows them to perform incredible feats of strength and stamina beyond their usual capacity, though the energy tends to dissapate if they stop and rest.
Use of the artifact causes an obsesion with mental and physical wellness that can last with a person their whole life. The obsession tends to grow in scope the more the artifact is used.
