Origin[]
Ishinosuke Uwano was a Japanese soldier during World War Two who came to the media’s attention in April of 2006. He was living in Ukraine for the six decades following the war, even though Japanese databases recorded him dead. He married a Ukrainian woman and had three children, but lacked communication with his family. When he visited his family as proof of his existence, he brought along with him his Ukranian passport.
Effects[]
Uwano’s passport lets the user teleport themselves from one place to another, but only if they can visualize their destination in mind or have a photograph of the place to look at. This can be done repeatedly with no ill effects, unless they end up teleporting right onto a busy highway or something. However, the user will over time have communication with their family members lessen to a point where they don’t even know where the person is or if they’re still alive.
