OriginEdit

Played by Harrison Ford, Indiana Jones was created as homage to pulp fiction and film characters of the 1930s. A professor and archaeologist, he deeply enjoys searching for ancient lost relics. Many times they end up being objects of immense power and he is forced to retrieve them first before his enemies, usually the Nazis. His signature wardrobe includes a satchel, leather jacket, bullwhip and his trusty fedora. Indy possesses a vast knowledge on ancient cultures and languages, great sense of humor, experienced fighting skills and a particular phobia of snakes. Throughout his films and spin-off television series, Indy has remained popular due to his sprawling list of character traits and ability to make mistakes and get injured, which appealed more to audiences than invincible protagonists. Since his first appearance in Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones has become one of cinema's most revered characters. In 2003, the American Film Institute ranked him the second greatest film hero of all time.

EffectsEdit

Wearing the hat slowly implants information about ancient civilizations into the user’s mind. They will know many of the rituals, customs, words and beliefs of cultures even if they left behind little physical remains. Although vast and detailed, some of the information is prone to being incorrect or unable to be accessed. Whether its bar fights, army personnel impersonations, chase scenes or sudden phobias, the user will have the unnatural knack for causing trouble for themselves, or at the very least walking right into it.
