OriginEdit

Hunter Stockton Thompson (July 18, 1937 – February 20, 2005) was an American journalist and author. He traveled frequently, including stints in California, Puerto Rico, and Brazil, before settling in Aspen, Colorado, in the early 1960s. He developed a method of journalism called Gonzo Journalism, in which a person becomes a part of the story and reports on it through their prospective.

EffectEdit

This briefcase was carried by Hunter S. Thompson while he was reporting on the Mint 400 in 1971. He filled the briefcase with multiple drugs, and wrote Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas based on his experiences. When held, the user will experience the feelings of being on various drugs. The effect usually lasts for a few days, and has been seen to cause confusion after the effect ends.
