Origins[]
Hermann Ebbinghaus was a psychologist who discovered the forgetting and learning curves, how long it takes someone to forget and learn something, respectively.
Effects[]
Causes the user to forget whatever they write down and have that memory dispersed to the people around them. The more used the more the person start to talk in slurs. It can be reversed if the words are no longer legible.
