Origin[]
Herb Stempel was a game show contestant on the show Twenty One. He won the show for six weeks straight because the producers rigged the show and gave him the correct answers beforehand. His streak ended when he was defeated by Columbia University teacher Charles Van Doren, which was just as equally rigged. Afterwards, he told reporters of the fraud.
Effects[]
When worn, it allows user to know the answers to questions put to them. If they are specifically asked to lie, they will be forced to.
