Origin[]
Henry Maar was known as The Sultan of Balloons for pioneering the art of balloon twisting. He learned how to blow balloons when young to strengthen his lungs against tuberculosis. After joining the circus, he ditched the customary magic acts to solely perform balloon twisting instead, which was less common at the time.
Effects[]
It has a tendency to bounce and drift on its own when propelled by a push or air movement. Anything it ‘rubs’ itself against will slowly become more balloon-like. It will become significantly lighter, become more slippery feeling and bendable enough to contort and twist on itself without damage. The larger the changes are corresponds with how winded and breathless the user feels.
