Origin[]
Heath Andrew Ledger (4 April 1979 – 22 January 2008) was an Australian actor and director.
While preparing for his role as the Joker in the Dark Knight, he locked himself in a hotel room for a month, and experimented with his voice to create the voice of the Joker. These scissors were used by Heath Ledger to make his diary while preparing to play the Joker in the Dark Knight. They were used to cut out images of clowns, Alex DeLarge, and the Batman Comic.
Effect[]
When used, the user will become insane, often becoming a homicidal maniac. The user will try to use the scissors to kill other people. If not neutralized within 24 hours of activation, the user will die of symptoms similar to those of a prescription pill overdose.
