Origin[]
This detailed anatomical model, intended for high-school level education, was collected from a small school in the Tochigi Prefecture. Four students and one teacher died due to its hostile effects.
It appears made of a layered papier mâché effect and covered in a waterproof resin. Each organ, of which there are 26 detachable pieces, is held in place by simple metal hooks and clasps. The arms and legs are on simple hinges with one at each shoulder, hip, knee, and wrist joint. The four fingers on each hand are a single piece, but are also hinged onto the palm giving the hand limited manipulation ability.
Effects[]
The artifacts activates when an organ is removed from the body for longer than an hour. The model will animate, gaining limited sentience and intellect, and will track down the person who removed the organ. When it finds them, it will remove the corresponding organ from the person with violent force, likely resulting in their death. It will use this organ to replace its missing one, which will transmute into the same material as the model once in place. The model will then return to its inert state.
The model can move at surprising speed but will only do so when unobserved or when only observed by its target. It shows mo interest in retrieving its own preexisting organs but will return to its inert state if the organ is returned to it before it reaches its target. Removing the brain seems to disable it completely and will not cause it to activate, but it will return to its previous goal if its returned.
Storage[]
It is currently stored in the Telesphorus Section, wrapped in many layers of industrial cling film. The brain is located in a small box next to the artifact.
