Origin[]
One of several stage props worn by one of the members of Monty Python's Flying Circus. Chapman wore this classic English police officer’s helmet in quite a few of their sketches. Eventually this hat was imbued with the intense "silliness" of the show and became an artifact.
Effects[]
The cap allows you to say and do anything to anyone and everyone around you will, without exception, think it’s very very very funny, to the point of being incapacitated with laughter. As long as you speak and act with serious tone it will seem horrendously funny. The second you start to laugh or smile the effect vanishes. Affectionately known as the "Shenanigans" artifact.
