Gerald Herbert Holtom (January 20, 1914-September 18, 1985) was a British professional designer and artist. In 1958 he designed the logo of the British Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament (CND), which became an international peace symbol.
Effect[]
When the user makes the semaphore for "N" and "D" with the flags, all nuclear weapons in a 10 mile radius will become disarmed. The effect is slow and usually takes 30 minutes.
