Origin[]
Worn by the roman senator, Frontinus who was author of technical treatises, especially De aquaeductu, dealing with the aqueducts of Rome and was imbued with water controling abilties.
Effects[]
Allows the wearer to control the movement of water through hand gestures. But uses part of the wearer's internal bodily fluids, which leads to major organ failure due to excessive use.
The bracer also absorbs water in the air and will need to be drained on a by-weekly basis.
