OriginEdit

Frederick Austerlitz (1899 - 1987) was an American dancer, singer, actor, choreographer, musician and television presenter. As a dancer he was best remember for his sense of rhythm and his legendary perfectionism. Although he possessed a light voice, he was admired for his lyricism, dictation and phrasing. Having such a capacity for synthesis he was nicknamed "the world's greatest musical performer." Regardless of wanting everything just right all of his colleges would mention just how agreeable he was and easy to work with. With that natural charisma to bring others around to like him his personal views would have made anyone else controversial but for Astaire it only made him more endearing.

EffectsEdit

Using the breath spray makes user appear more likeable. However under the influence of the spray it prevents user from lying.
