OriginEdit

Located in Charleston, South Carolina, the sea base had been sight to several battles during the American Civil War. The Confederacy fired upon it for several days until the troops inside ran out of supplies and surrendered. The Union attempted to retake the fort midway through the war, but miscommunication between the army and navy prevented a coherent plan. All they achieved was destroying the fort, which the Confederacy retained until General Sherman swept through the south.

EffectsEdit

Changes the individual symbols and emblems of one group into their enemies' ensigns. Causes a growing sense of futility until they surrender control over.
