Origin[]
Felix Dzershinsky was a member of several Polish and pre-revolutionary Russian intelligence organizations. During the Soviet era he established and led Russia’s secret police, the Cheka. They became infamous for their use of mass executions without trial during the Red Terror and the Russian Civil War.
Effects[]
The user can effectively lead large and secretive organizations, increasing the organization’s strength and the capabilities of its agents. However, the user will gain the ability and affinity to inflict torture on a massive scale, whether to their enemies, civilians or hostile agents.
Collection[]
Originally found and kept in the collection of Subhas Chandra Bose, the badge was later recovered by Warehouse agent Duke Mitchells on September 3, 1945 after they gained possession of Bose's holding warehouse.
