OriginEdit

Evangelista Torricelli was a physicist and mathematician who invented the barometer, a scientific instrument designed to measure changes in air pressure by charting changes of mercury levels.

EffectsEdit

Turns water into oxygen. When placed on the skin it turns the water into breathable air, a composite of oxygen and trace amounts of other gases. The atmospheric pressure in the local area will increase while in use. Short periods of use can cause only minor headaches, while longer amounts of time can cause bodily harm.
