Eva Halligan (May 14, 1992 - ), known within the Ascendare as the "Seer of Life", is a member of the Ascendare Council.

Early Life

Like the other members of the Ascendere, Eva used the Sburb Beta Disks and completed her Session with an unknown party, and gained her abilities.

Personality

She has a lighthearted and fun personality, always seeing the bright side of a situation even when things seem very hopeless. She always attempts to cheer up others around her who feel down, and she has claimed to be able to make almost anyone sad smile again within the hour.

Her aura is similar to that of Pete Lattimer's, but it is not "in tune". She is able to sense disturbances within the life cycle as well as the creation of new God Tiers.

Etymology

Eva is a Latinate counterpart of the English name "Eve". The name means "life" or "living one". It can also mean "full of life" or "mother of life". Halligan is an Irish surname, which is a double diminutive of "Áille", which means "beauty".
