Eudoxus of Cyzicus was born in 2nd BC. he was a Greek navigator who explored the Arabian Sea for Hellenistic Egypt’s ruler. He is allegedly learned about the monsoon winds and tides from a stranded Indian sailor; whether or not this was true, Greek ships started using the monsoons to hitch a ride to trade in India.

Produces wind and ocean currents, simulating a controlled monsoon. The closer it approaches shore, the stronger it gets until it becomes untamable.
