Origin
Emil Krebs (1867 - 1930) was a German scholar, linguist and sinologist. These were not his most famed characteristics though: Krebs was a hyperpolyglot (someone who knows 6 or more languages). At age 20, he already mastered 12 and in his later life, he was fluent in 68 languages (bot speaking and writing) and studied 120 more. His ‘elite brain’ is stored and studied in the Vogt Institute for Brain Research in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Effects
While wearing the pince-nez the user is able to speak, read and comprehend any language instantly. The effect only lasts while wearing the glasses; removing them will also take the knowledge of that language gained.
