Origins[]
While she is more known for bathing in the blood of virgins, in actuality she preferred to make her servants stand outside naked in the middle of winter and throw buckets of water on them, watching as they froze to death. The wooden bucket rotted away long ago but the rusted iron handle remains.
Effects[]
Causes the user to become ice-cold, as the handle projects a stream of rushing -30 degree mist, which causes rapid hypothermia and frostbite.
