Origins[]
The belt taken off of the uniform of Sister Barton, A.K.A. The Mad Maid of Kent, who was an alleged prophet of god. She would often fall into trances, whereupon voices would emanate from her body to speak the will of the Lord.
Effects[]
Her belt has a similar effect, where the wearer can 'speak' and make other vocalizations without having to open their mouths.
