Origin[edit | edit source]
Eliot Ness was an American law enforcement agent most famed for bringing down the notorious mob boss Al Capone. He and his mens' resistance to bribery and blackmail earned them the public name 'The Untouchables'. This event has been recreated in many movies, books and tv shows, making it one of the best known police endeavors in American history.
Effects[edit | edit source]
The handcuffs have a simple effect, they are completely inescapable. They seem to tighten when the hands are attempted to be pulled out and resist all forms of breaking. Any standard handcuff key from the era can unlock them, rendering them inert.
Today: Warehouse[edit | edit source]
Used by Bri while under the influence of Theresa Berkley's Dominatrix Whip to...put Tyler in a bind. Later, they were used by Nikki to cuff Marie Perrult.
