OriginEdit

Edouard Beaupre was a giant who worked in Canadian circuses; he measured at 8 feet 3 inches tall. He was to appear at the St. Louis World’s Fair but became ill and died in a hospital. At the request of the circus the undertaker embalmed the body. However, as the circus refused payment, they Beaupre's body was put on display in this case to increase business, both at the undertaker and eventually an oddities museum.

EffectsEdit

A glass box nearly nine feet tall with an opening on one side. Stepping into the box will cause the person to grow taller. As their height increases, however, the faster the body begins to self-embalm, as their limbs become heavy and rigid and their blood becomes gelatinous.
