Origin[]
The Phantom of Heilbronn was presumed to be a serial killer prowling Europe. Police units in Austria, France and Germany found the same DNA signature at wholly different crime scenes over 16 years. And then a breakthrough came in March 2009. The cotton swabs used to dab for evidence? Held trace amounts of a female factory worker’s DNA, all used by departments with sightings of the phantom.
Effects[]
Disturbs evidence used for criminal and legal investigations. Often contaminates them with misleading data such as making fingerprints of a random participant more prominent over the actual perpetrator. Affected objects radiate a slightly negative energy around them to influence illegal acts. Addicts seem extremely susceptible and may violently attack to gain something they desire.
