Origin

Conrad Hommel (1883 - 1971) was a German painter. He was best known in history for his portraits of leading German entrepreneurs such as Max Grundig and Herbert Quandt along with politicians such as Hermann Goring and Adolf Hitler. Studying under French academic painter Jean-Pail Laurens studio in Paris in 1908 he returned after a year joining the Munich Academy. Due to Hommel's naturalist and realist style, after the Nazis took power, owed him a favor during the new regimen. This made him one of the official painters of Nazi Germany. The paint he used allowed him to understand what was coming. The rise and fall of the Nazi reign and discovering that he had no power over anything that he painted and the future it predicted Hommel killed himself.

Effects

Able to create image of newest evil/See future events. Last painting made with paint was of Adolf Hitler circa 1910 although history believes it was completed in 1928. Painter is unable to change any events they paint.
