Origin[]
Clark Wiley (1901 - 1970) was a man who was suspect in several cases of child abuse and eventually convicted on it. His first three children died, probably at his hands but their deaths weren't placed on him. Wiley's youngest daughter suffered the most abuse from her father yet still survived.
Genie Wiley (1957 - ) is the pseudonym for a feral child who was the victim of severe abuse, neglect and social isolation. Her circumstances are prominently recorded in the annals of linguistics and abnormal child psychology. When she was a child her father, Clark, decided that she was mentally retarded which made him hate her and withhold care and attention from her. Keeping her locked in a room until she was thirteen he started to bind her to a child's toilet or crib with her arms and legs completely immobilized, forbade anyone from interacting with her, provided her with almost no stimulation and left her severely malnourished. A cage was discovered in the room as well so it could be assumed she was locked within as well.
Effects[]
When a child is put in the cage they turn feral, will only work on children.
