Mr. Stall gathered this artifact on one of his many personal trips. He managed to snag it at a garage sale.
Effects[]
Once something has been filmed on the camera and played back, anyone will be allowed to step into the scene that the camera filmed, though only if the film has been paused onto a frame. The longer someone stays in that particular frame, the harder it will be to get out, until they are stuck in that one frame permanently.
