OriginEdit

Christiaan Huygens was a scientific pioneer of the seventeenth century, publishing works regarding astronomy, physics, mechanics and optics. He was the first to note the moon Titan and proposed the theory of light moving in waves.

EffectsEdit

When held, this fine cut glass prism will store light instead of refracting it. This process can be stopped at anytime at the whim of the holder, and the light can be released in either a large flash or a concentrated beam. The prism slowly fades to bright white as light is stored and it is released as red light, the colour with the broadest wavelength.
