OriginEdit

Charles Osborne experienced the hiccups for a total of 68 consecutive years, lasting from 1922 to June 5th, 1990. His doctor decided that when Osborne had lifted a heavy load, a blood vessel in his brain burst which made him unable to stop hiccupping. He began hiccupping at a rate of 40 per minute but eventually slowed down to 20 later in life. They stopped one year before his death, making a mere 29 years of his life hiccup-free. Osborne managed to actually live a relatively stable life, marrying twice, having eight children and learning how to control his breathing and noise between hiccups. It is estimated that Osborne had hiccupped over 430 million times during his life.

EffectsEdit

Drinking water from the cup causes the user to start hiccupping so much that they cannot stand without falling down. The hiccups won't stop until the artifact is neutralized.
