Origin[edit | edit source]

Charles Manson was a musician and criminal who led the Manson Family, a group in California with murderous intentions. He convinced the group to commit seven murders in his belief that they would help begin an apocalyptic race war, which he took from the Beatles song ‘Helter Skelter’ and wrote his own version. His death sentence for joint responsibility of the crime was commuted to life imprisonment in the state of California.

Effects[edit | edit source]

Known to self-activate, anyone who inhales its exhaust fumes is compelled to drive the bus, and will run down anyone they consider inferior. The ultimate goal of the bus is assumed to be to cause as much chaos as possible. When running, the radio automatically plays 'Helter Skelter' on loop and cannot be shut off. The only known way to neutralize it is to get it to crash severely enough to render it undrivable, though the driver may not survive. The bus will repair itself over time, making decommission by destruction unfeasible and requiring total lockdown.

Agents have reported that the Bus will release fumes when neared, which appear to be mostly neutralized by the layers of neutralizer surrounding the Bus. However, the fumes can begin to affect the user after several minutes of exposure.

Storage and Handling[edit | edit source]

Stored in a special addition room near James Dean's Porsche. Neutralizer-infused wheel clamps are attached to the wheels, and the exhaust is kept plugged with several layers of neutralizer-infused cloths and sponges. A five foot radius field has been placed around the Bus, which should not be crossed to prevent agents from becoming affected.

Neutralizer gloves and masks are mandatory. Movement of the Bus is strictly controlled by the Regents, who keep the keys under their safekeeping. If moved outside of the neutralizer field for any length of time, all agents in the exposed area must wear neutralizer masks to prevent accidental activation. Stored in a special tent with any artifacts that can neutralize exhaust emissions to prevent them from spreading.

Neutralizer cloths and sponges in the exhaust pipe must be changed monthly to prevent the exhaust fumes from becoming more potent.
