Origin[]
Chōjun Miyagi founded the Goju-ryu school of karate by blending Okinawan and Chinese influences. His form for hard style, sanchin, uses a very strong closed fist "push" and focuses on developing muscular resistance to blows. On the other hand, soft-style tensho emphasizes deep breathing and continuous flowing movement.
Effects[]
Grants the user mastery over both the sanchin and tensho styles of Goju-ryu karate. They can seamlessly control their body and switch between each style with limited difficulty. However, they will have great trouble performing martial arts styles originating from outside China and Japan.
