Artifacts acquired from or currently located in museums, galleries, private collections and similar sources. Some items were found in the hands of unruly organizations, including governments and cults. Also included are artifacts known widely to the world as merely myths and treasure hunt tales.

Scrutiny must be undertaken when switched with a replica or stolen, as a written record of the object's existence will persist.
